Return Policy

At THOR Kitchen, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality appliances and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we are here to assist you with our return policy.

30-Day Return Period:

We offer a generous 30-day return period for all appliance purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the appliance must meet the following criteria:

  1. The appliance must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other materials.

  2. The appliance must be in brand new, unused, and undamaged condition.

  3. The original purchase receipt or order number must be provided with the return request.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Sales@thorinternational.com or 877-288-8099 option 4,  to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Pack the appliance securely in its original packaging, ensuring that it is well protected to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the package to our designated return address, which will be provided with the RMA number.

Return Shipping:

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the appliance is damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or schedule for pickup.

Return Processing Fee:

Returns initiated after the 30-day return period will be subject to a 15% return processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned appliance and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Appliances:

If your appliance arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
